IFS Meditation
Welcoming Your Parts is a 30-minute guided meditation that offers a gentle introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS). In this practice, you’ll be invited to turn inward with curiosity and compassion, meeting the different “parts” of yourself with warmth rather than judgment. Many people find that simply being welcomed in this way brings a sense of relief, ease, and inner connection. This meditation also gives you a taste of what an IFS session with me can feel like—an atmosphere of safety, respect, and openness where every part of you is honoured and valued. By listening, you’ll begin to experience how healing unfolds naturally when we create space for all of who we are.

My experience working with David over a six month period in 2025 was beautiful. He is such a safe space holder and compassionate guide for inner exploration. These explorations were diverse: from dark and scary, to deeply sad, to curious, to blissful / celebrational (not in that linear order, but whatever arose in any given session).
