During our initial meeting, I will create space for you to share the experiences that brought you to therapy. If you are interested, I can explain how IFS can help you and offer an overview of how the model works. My hope is that we can get to know each other, discuss any concerns you may have and explore your what your goals are in working together.

  • 60 mins IFS Therapy Session

  • £65 / $90

I will endeavour to be present with you moment to moment, welcome whatever arises with curiosity and guide you with understanding and compassion. I have found that nothing happens without safety and true, real healing requires space. Ultimately, it is my hope that we can create a safe space together.
